• Refunds are only issued if an error occurs on our part.
• If eligible, we may offer a free retest or alternate resolution.
• Deposits are refundable with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your appointment.
• If your availability changes, reach out and we’ll do our best to reschedule or apply your deposit toward a future service.
